30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
CortiezOfficialShop will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns within the United Kingdom. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Restocking Fee
Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover administrative and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
